Working with the five emotions

Ignorance, pride, desire/attachment, anger/dualizations/aversion and jealousy/envy are the five emotions or so-called “kleshas” in buddhism which we should work with to master and transform, to create sustainability, within ourselves and within our societies.

Tibetan buddhism thinks these kleshas or emotions are what creates troubles for us and others, within as in our societies.
